Oolong Tea

Partially oxidised teas that sit on a gamut between green and black teas and arguably one of the most complex types to produce. Once picked, tea leaves undergo withering, shaking, fixing, shaping then drying. Shaking is a key step to producing Oolong teas as it’s responsible for partially oxidising the leaves and releasing many of the unique aromas found in this type of tea.
