TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Currency & Taxes

All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that GST doesn’t apply to loose-leaf tea.

Ordering and Delivery

Orders can be made via the online store. You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or via your Paypal account.

All orders ship out of our base in Sydney the next business day, and generally take between 3 – 4 business days to arrive if you’re in an Australian capital city and a little longer to regional areas. International orders can take between one to six weeks to arrive depending on which country you’re ordering from.

Shipping is free for orders over $50 (within Australia) and includes a tracking service. Otherwise costs are based on the Australia Post parcel charges, weight tiers and distance charges. We cannot provide free shipping for orders that have been returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, and require re-shipping (see below under Parcels returned by Australia Post). We cannot provide replacement of any orders you report missing if according to the Australia Post tracking advice, your order has been delivered to the address you provided.

If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You can choose to wait until it is in stock again, swap for something else in the store to the same dollar value, or ask for a refund.

Returns

We take extra care to ensure our items are packed securely and safely, but sometimes, accidents happen. In the event your product arrives broken or badly damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours at info@teaangle.com to make arrangements for a replacement. Shipping will be on the house :)

Parcels returned by post office

Unfortunately, if your order is returned to us by Australia Post, because say, you provided an incorrect address or didn’t collect your parcel, you’ll have to pay for the return postage to get it back out to you.

Credit card security

We use a secure payment gateway to process your orders. Your payment and credit card details remain with the payment gateway service – we don’t have access to any of your credit card or banking details.

Privacy policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use the details we collect for the purpose in which they were submitted. These details are for our own use only and under no circumstances will be supplied to any other institution, person or third party for any purpose. We will use this information to process your order and, if requested, provide you with mail subscription updates.

Errors and omissions

While we endeavour to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we’re not perfect and occasionally mistakes may occur.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.
