SUMMARY

Type: Green Tea

Grassy, Nutty, Light floral

Spring Snail (aka Bi Luo Chun) is a light and refreshing Green tea that's like drinking spring in a cup. Grown in Wulingshan, Hunan, this may not be the typical region that you'll find Bi Luo Chun Green teas grown in, but it has produced a wonderful tea nonetheless.

TASTING NOTES

A light to medium strength Green tea that has an aroma of fresh cut grass with light orchid hints, grassy and slightly nutty flavour notes with a light bitter bite towards the end.

STORAGE

Proper tea storage is super important. Improper storage leads to flat, flavourless and potentially weird tasting tea. So as a rule of thumb, keep your tea leaves in an airtight container (the less air inside the better) and away from heat, light, moisture and strong odours.
