2 different Taiwanese Oolongs to feature as examples of some of the innovations that have come about with tea production in Taiwan. 

Li Shan Oolong – 50g 
Grown at an altitude of 1500m above sea level, this is an example of a high-mountain, greener style of Oolong tea that has a wonderfully rich and floral aroma and a thick, creamy mouthfeel.

Milky Oolong (Jin Xuan Oolong) – 50g 
Made using the Jin Xuan cultivar, a cultivar developed by the Tea Research and Extension Station (TRES) through selective breeding. Grown at approx. 400m above sea level, it's a tea that highlights the sweet and creamy aspects of Taiwanese Oolong.
