What is Green Destiny, aka Lan Xiang Green tea?
Anhui province is known for producing many types of Chinese green tea. While some teas such as Huangshan Maofeng and Taiping Houkui are fairly well known, others, such this Lan Xiang (兰香) Green tea are lesser known.
We've named this tea "Green Destiny" – after the legendary sword from the martial arts movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon – because the leaves of this tea are shaped like little green swords.
TASTING NOTES
A light and delicate green tea that’s refreshingly grassy, slightly nutty and has light, floral hints with no astringency. Despite this tea being light, it still has great depth of flavour, a sweet, lingering after taste and is less grassy than a lot of other Green teas.

STORAGE
Proper tea storage is super important. Improper storage leads to flat, flavourless and potentially weird tasting tea. So as a rule of thumb, keep your tea leaves in an airtight container (the less air inside the better) and away from heat, light, moisture and strong odours.
